ROBERT McDONOUGH

In 1969 Rob McDonough acted in Troilus and Cressida and Reedy River . He composed music for Flying Saucery 1970, was co musical director on Exposure 70 1970 , directed a revival of The Ballad of Angels’ Alley 1973 , acted in and was musical director on Elizabeth 1 1976, was in the cast of a Workshop A Seat in the House 1976, and taught speech at NT in the mid 1970s. He won five singing awards, including the Nellie Melba Award, at the 1976 City of Sydney eisteddfod. In 1977 he went to the Q Theatre as musical director.
